🛡️ Mullvad: The VPN That Had Nothing to Raid
🧠 Turn Claude + Obsidian Into a 15-Minute Second Brain

🛡️ MULLVAD VPN · ZERO LOGS · RAID TESTED
The VPN That Stayed Empty When Police Showed Up.
Mullvad VPN Security Audit
Mullvad is a Swedish VPN that has been obsessing over privacy since 2009. You do not give them a name, email, phone number or even a username, just a random account number printed once and never tied to your identity. They charge a flat €5 per month (unchanged since launch), accept cash by mail to a PO box in Gothenburg and crypto, and run all VPN servers from RAM so everything is wiped on reboot. When German police turned up with a search warrant in 2023, Mullvad’s lawyers explained that they do not keep logs; officers left without taking any customer data because there was nothing to seize.
📌 No logs means no IP addresses, no traffic history, and no connection timestamps stored, so there is nothing useful to hand over in a raid.
⚡ The apps are open source under GPL-3.0, written largely in Rust, and have been independently audited multiple times.
🔭 They also ship Mullvad Browser with the Tor Project, pushing the same "no tracking, no profiling" approach from network to browser level.

🧠 CLAUDE DESKTOP · OBSIDIAN · SECOND BRAIN
A 15-Minute Setup That Turns Claude Into a Personal Intelligence Layer.
Claude Desktop and Obsidian Second Brain Setup
The workflow is dead simple: install Claude Desktop, install Obsidian, point Obsidian at a vault full of your .md notes, then connect Claude to that local folder using Andrej Karpathy’s “second brain” prompt. From that point on Claude can read across your entire note archive, pull in relevant pages, and surface ideas, patterns, and old thinking you had forgotten about. Instead of being a generic Q&A bot, it becomes a personalised research partner layered over your own writing.
📌 Because the notes live locally, Claude reads them via the desktop app, not via some cloud connector, which keeps the “second brain” under your control.
⚡ The whole setup is basically four steps and one good system prompt, there is no plugin ecosystem to debug or complex syncing to configure.
🔭 The mental shift: you stop asking “What does Claude know?” and start asking “What do I already know that Claude can help me recombine?”

👤 OPENHUMAN · SUPER CONTEXT · PERSONAL AGENT
An Open-Source Agent That Knows Your Life Before You Type.
OpenHuman Super Context Agent
OpenHuman is an open-source, local-first agent that has exploded to over 33k GitHub stars in under a month. Its new Super Context feature does a deep pass over your memory files, chat transcripts, and even your current screen before it starts answering. It connects to 118 apps via OAuth, quietly syncs and compresses your data into a local “memory tree,” and stores everything as editable markdown chunks in a vault compatible with Obsidian. The result is an AI that feels like it has been working with you for months, even on the first message, because it already knows your inbox, calendar, repos, and notes.
📌 Every ~20 minutes it walks your connected tools, pulls new data, and updates a local SQLite memory tree, your data never leaves your machine.
⚡ Super Context means it researches across that memory, past chats, and even screen content before responding, so answers are grounded in your actual life.
🔭 Think of it as a private, local version of “GPT that already knows your tools” rather than a stateless chat window.

🎮 MECCHA CHAMELEON · INDIE HIT · 10M COPIES
Two Devs, Two Months, Ten Million Copies on Steam.
Meccha Chameleon Steam Success
Meccha Chameleon is a colour-based hide-and-seek game built in just two months by two Japanese creators, Lemorion_1224 and artist Haganeiro. It launched on Steam on June 10, 2026 at $5.99, hit 5 million copies in its first 10 days, and then doubled to 10 million sales by day 16, roughly $60 million in revenue with zero traditional marketing. Gameplay is simple: players paint themselves and the environment to blend in and hunt each other, which makes for extremely shareable clips. TikTok, streams, and word-of-mouth pushed it into Steam’s top five most-played games with peak concurrent players north of 340,000.
📌 10 million copies in 16 days makes it one of the fastest-selling indie titles of 2026, built on a tiny scope and a single strong mechanic.
⚡ The game’s “paint to hide” system generates perfect short-form clips, which is exactly what streamers and TikTok pushed on repeat.
